Norlevo (similar to Levonelle in the UK) one step is commonly known as 'the morning after pill'. It is used to reduce the chances of becoming pregnant after unprotected sexual intercourse. Levonelle one step tablets contain the active ingredient levonorgestrel, which is a synthetic derivative of the naturally occurring female sex hormone, progesterone.
It is not fully understood how this medicine prevents pregnancy. It is thought to work by preventing ovulation and fertilisation and also by altering the lining of the womb, depending on which stage of the menstrual cycle the woman is at.

"Thank you "Bistro M.D.!" Being an actress, it is important to have healthy, nutritious meals available at all times. Bistro M.D., made my life hassle free. I was able to have three solid meals a day, without having to worry about the nutritional content. I always knew I was eating what my body needed and I had the freedom to choose what I desired to eat that day. While shooting "The Ghost of Girlfriends Past" in Boston for 2 months, my main concern was how was I going to keep a balanced diet. I didn't have time to exercise my normal workout routine and the food on set, while abundant, was always loaded with sugar and fat. Bistro M.D. definitely helped me keep my weight at the same level, without having to wake up at 4am to do a half hour of cardio. Not to mention I loved the food.
